In-person care happens at our Miami Beach med spa and functional wellness clinic in South of Fifth — three blocks from Ocean Drive, with an attached parking garage ($4/hr) and free street parking around the building during business hours. Same-week consultations available for new patients.

Both — under one provider and one chart. Most South Florida med spas don’t offer real functional medicine, and most functional wellness clinics don’t offer modern aesthetic injectables. We do both, deliberately. Kelly is credentialed as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, so your aesthetic plan and your lab work never live in separate inboxes.

It complements conventional medicine rather than replacing it. Many of Kelly’s patients continue to see their primary care provider or specialist while working with her on the optimization layer above standard care.
Yes. Kelly provides functional medicine and wellness care via telehealth to patients throughout Florida, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Southwest Florida. Aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, microneedling, in-person injectables) are performed at our South Florida office.
Yes. Every new patient begins with a one-on-one consultation. For aesthetic patients, that includes facial analysis, goal discussion, and a treatment plan you understand before any needle is involved. For functional medicine patients, that includes health history review, symptom mapping, and selection of the right functional lab panel for your concerns.
Possibly, but it depends. Patients on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication (aspirin, warfarin, Plavix, Eliquis, Xarelto, etc.) face an increased risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site. Please disclose all current medications during your consultation so Kelly can plan accordingly.
Important: Do not discontinue any anticoagulant on your own. Always consult your prescribing physician before making any changes to these medications. Kelly can also coordinate with your prescriber when helpful.
